Each year, hundreds of students receive scholarships from the Redwood Foundation for Education. Periodically, we will be featuring some of these previous recipients to follow up on their educational journeys and what they are doing now! This month's student spotlight is Abe Selvas!

Just this spring he graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Political Science and is beginning law school this fall. Abe acknowledges the meaningful impact of his parents, dedicated teachers, and college application advisors, all of whom played significant roles in guiding his academic and career aspirations.

This last week, we lost an incredible member of our community. David Huddleston, 'Super Dave', 'Supe' was a longtime coach, educator, mentor, and friend to many. His family has established a scholarship in his name to honor his legacy, and support scholarships for GPHS student athletes.
