It is with a lot of sadness to announce that this year’s First Crush event has been postponed until later this year. This was an arduous decision to make but a number of factors have lead us to this point.

First and foremost, there is both an unstable weather system moving in that weekend leading to likely showers during the event and there is a wildfire happening in the area. The health and well-being of event-goers and staff is our top priority and with this year’s First Crush being an outdoor event, the risk of heavy rain and smoke is too great.

Because we’re committed to making the event the absolute best it can be, we’re going to move the date until later this year, likely early October. While we’re certainly disappointed that we’re needing to postpone, we’re incredibly excited about the future of the event and we’re very thankful for the support you’ve given us so far.
