Hey Neighbors, We are SAMPLING SAUERKRAUT TONIGHT at the farmstand. We are opening a few jars so you can 'Try Before You Buy'. Go beyond the Reuben sandwich: top a grilled cheese, add to potato pancakes, stir into wild rice, spice up a sausage or hot dog. There's SO much potential and Wyldkraut's veggie krauts offer so much variety. Made here in Josephine County by a small local business. Come and connect with your local food producers. (We also just received carrots, radishes, Swiss chard, kale and lettuce in from the field).

Farm stand Favorites available tonight . Build a basket of treats for the upcoming Mother's Day. 4 pm to 7 pm @ 485 Daily Lane, Grants Pass, OR. Your purchase supports all local farms and food producers!

- sourdough bread (have you tried the Sweet potato rosemary bread?)
- lettuce spring mix
- arugula
- brassica mix (a mix of lettuce with baby kale, mustard and arugula)
- radishes (French, red, and white)
- cutting celery (best for soups and stews- prized for the leaf flavor)
- ground beef and short ribs
- pasture grazed eggs
- cheeses: try the caramelized garlic goat cheese or truffle cheddar
- for the garden: fingerling potato seed, worm castings and worm tea
