Wishing everyone a bountiful Thanksgiving!

This has been a great year, full of adventure and fun. We are thankful for our growing pack: amazing kiddos and their families who are ready to step in, help, and -most importantly- to have FUN!

We are extra thankful for our Scouting Leaders who are constantly DOING THEIR BEST to make this a great experience for everyone. We couldn't do this without you! 💗

Hey Friends and Neighbors!
On Saturday, November 1st, our Scouts will be out across Central Florida delivering yellow Scouting for Food bags as part of our annual food drive helping to stock local food pantries and support families in need.
Please fill your bag and leave it on your porch by Saturday, November 8th, so our Scouts can return to pick it up and deliver your donations to local food banks and pantries.

If you don’t receive a bag but would still like to donate, just let me know and we’ll make sure to get one to you!

🚨 URGENT 🚨

Under careful consideration of leadership of the district and council, the Cub Family Campout for this weeked (Oct 3-5) will be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date for the full camping experience.

Unfortunately, our area is going to be receiving several outer bands of a tropical system which will lead to prolonged rain and thunderstorms throughout the evening Friday and day Saturday.

Thus, to ensure everyone's safety, we will be rescheduling the event. We will keep you posted and appreciate your understanding.

Our awesome leaders keep getting awesomer!

Last week Ms Sandra completed her Wood Badge training, which is advanced leadership training, and is excited to start working on her goals to improve the pack.

This weekend Ms Linda and Ms K completed BALOO, the outdoor training required to do camp outs. 🏕️ Ms K also recently got her Rangemaster certification, so you might see her working the ranges on district activities!

🎨 Hey Cubs and Families! 🇺🇸

Get ready for a creative and meaningful adventure this Saturday, July 26th! We’re kicking things off at 10:00 AM sharp, so don’t forget to show up on time in your Class B T-shirts. ✨

We’ll be meeting at the Community Center to paint rocks with the amazing Mrs. Lois. These special rocks will be placed at the Grant-Valkaria Veterans Memorial as part of a beautiful tribute to honor our heroes. 🇺🇸💙

🖌️ Snacks will be provided, and this is an honored opportunity to give back while adding your creative touch to a lasting display.

Let’s show up, have fun, and make a difference together! 🎨🙌

Parents and leaders: Join us at the next Riverside Rountable on July 17th at 6:30 PM for Midway/Fellowship and the program starting at 7 PM! We meet at Melbourne Church of Christ (810 Hollywood Blvd).

This month, we will discuss Fall recruitment planning, the Cub breakout will cover a variety of engineering-related adventures, and the Scouts BSA breakout will discuss Emergency Preparedness.

Each breakout includes time for open discussion and networking with district and other unit leaders.
