It’s sad that we couldn’t have the annual GVW Christmas tree lighting due to Covid.
However, we have the best people anywhere in our community! They came together today to get the tree lit and the Hickman Hall porch decorated. Many thanks to the GVW fire Dept and Dominion Energy. There is just no way this could happen without them . Thanks also to Jan & Joel Randal, and Roger & Deborah Boyd for the hard work they did to make this happen. We also want to thank Phil Napier and the aiken county council for funds that allowed us to replace the lights with new LED large bulbs. Thanks to GRP, and Horse creek trust for allowing this to be done at Hickman Hall.
