Spencer Pet Rescue Spencer Pet Rescue is a Non-Profit no kill, dog rescue serving O'Fallon, Illinois and surrounding areas.

Our new mission is to take on the tough cases, the dogs who have been abused, who have trauma and because of that have behavioral issues. Spencer Pet Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit domestic companion animal rescue dedicated to placing homeless dogs, cats, puppies and kittens into permanent, loving and responsible homes.

Thank you for the inquires on the Malinois pups! They are in great foster homes with dog handlers and they will be available for adoption after they have decompressed and we get to know them better!

They are NOT first come first served. We will be adopting them out based on best fit. This breed is not for everyone and we want to ensure we set them up for success the best we can. If you feel you may be a good fit, please fill out an application and we will add you to our list to be considered.
They are very individual pups so we want to make sure they get into the best homes for their individual personalities.

This little tater tot looks like he's living his best life thanks to the care of sled and breakfast, but he is actually at a training/boarding facility and is looking for his forever family.

Meet Marty:
A 3-year-old bully mix who plays hard and loves big! He can have a little bit of a protective streak with his people, things that we are working on in the training lessons.

Up to date on everything, neutered, and dog friendly. He has not been cat tested.
We would not recommend small children simply because he plays hard!

Older kids are fine as well as guests in the home to give him lots of love.

Foster found!

We are looking for one more Maligator puppy foster. Herding/working breed experience necessary. Malinois experience ideal.
These velociraptors are very intelligent and have sharp puppy teeth.

Needs to be able to transport to our vet in Swansea IL for vet appointments.

Remember that we are building their futures. These dogs need structure and consistency.
They are a little nervous with all the changes happening so we want to get them secured in their fosters and ready to thrive!

We will provide kennel, food, and training assistance.
They will be available for adoption after their vetting is finished and they have some basic manners started. Foster to adopt can be an option but you must be able to help transport to vet appointments and start some training.

Your pets MUST be up to date on vaccines and preventatives.

🚨2 night foster needed TONIGHT-Saturday am🚨
We are looking for a local two day foster for Mr Zinc so his foster can help with a situation. Today (Thursday) - Saturday morning (if he could be brought to the vine street market in O’Fallon by 8am that would be amazing) or even just to tomorrow (Friday) afternoon.

Zinc is kennel trained. He is good with other dogs but since it is such a short time we ask that they be kept separate just to avoid any issues.

We are so lucky to have an amazing partnership with Sled & Breakfast in Fenton, MO. They took in our pups who had no foster or adoptive home to go to and they get to train with the talented Shauna Lawson and Christy Griffin.

Meet HOLDEN
Handsome pittie mix who was on the lifesaver program at CARE StL. He's just over 2 years old and is currently undergoing heartworm treatment. Up to date on everything else.

Meet MARTY
This adorable little beef cake is a staff fave at Sled. Bully mix - almost 3 years old. He was at-risk for euthanasia due to excited redirection nipping that seemed to be escalating. He is up to date on everything as well.

Both are available to foster or adopt. FREE training is included!!!!!
