The Granger FFA Officer Team had an incredible week at the 2026 Texas FFA State Convention! We kicked off the week with an Aaron Watson concert before spending the rest of convention building leadership skills, strengthening our team, and attending workshops to bring new ideas back to our chapter.

As Granger FFA's voting delegates, our officers had the privilege of voting for the 2026–2027 Texas FFA State Officer Team and celebrating the finalists and champions of the Rodney Martine Talent Contest during the Texas Nights & Neon Lights themed session.

Between all of the leadership development, we also made time to explore the Fort Worth Stockyards and enjoy some friendly competition at Topgolf. It was a week full of learning, laughter, and memories that will help us continue growing our chapter.

We are so proud of our officers for representing Granger FFA with pride and can't wait to put everything we learned into action this year!💙💛

Monday and Tuesday, our Granger FFA Officer Team attended the Area 12 Leadership Conference!

Over the course of the two-day conference, our officers had the opportunity to meet district, area, and even state FFA officers while developing valuable leadership skills. They learned what it takes to build a successful officer team and are excited to bring new ideas, knowledge, and enthusiasm back to our chapter.

We are proud of the way they represented Granger FFA and can't wait to see them put what they learned into action this year!💙💛

Hydroponics in Ag 🌱

In Ms. Pavliska's Greenhouse class, students learned about the use of hydroponics in plant production. Using simple items , students created two different types of hydroponic models in class. We currently have some basil growing in one of our models!

Thank you to some of our friends at the Texas Department of Ag for their generous donation of 5 AeroGrow Gardens to our Greenhouse class! We are using these to grow cherry tomato plants in class. We are very excited about having these in our department!

We are teaming up with Bloom For Good for our Spring Fundraiser! All proceeds go directly back into our Chapter and pay for contest entry fees, leadership camp entry fees, meals for students during travel, supplies for our Banquet, and all the odds & ends that go into running an FFA Chapter!
