On Saturday April 13, 2024, Currituck County Patrol Deputies arrested Ernest Nolge Jr. ,30, of Grandy on several felony and drug warrants. Nogle was arrested after investigations of multiple vehicle break-ins and larcenies in the area.
Nogle was arrested on 6 counts of felony Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle, 3 counts of Possession of Firearm by Felon, 1 count of felony Larceny of a Firearm, 2 counts of misdemeanor Larceny, 1 count of misdemeanor possession of Schedule IV, 1 count of misdemeanor possession of ma*****na, and 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nogle is currently in the custody of the Currituck County Detention Center under a $301,000.00 secured bond.
