Camp Zion 2025 - Day 24 (Our Final Day)
Theme of the week: Merry Christmas!

Ohhh....The weather outside is frightful, but the sounds are so delightful. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!! 🎶

What a fun final day of camp. So much laughter and joy which is exactly what we love. Merry Christmas and happy summer everyone! The end.

Camp Zion 2025 - Day 22.
Theme of the Week: Merry Christmas!

All of the CZ reindeer had fun at our first ever Reindeer Games. Check out all those funny reindeer name tags in the photos. First up we had a few rounds of hungry hungry hippo and outdoor recess. Then we had 9 different game stations set up inside that all our reindeer enjoyed visiting.

Camp Zion 2025 - Day 22.
Theme of the Week: Merry Christmas!

This morning was the CZ White Elephant gift exchange. Our staff found bunches of random stuff in the camp office and wrapped it all up - then we had to roll some dice to see who went home with which silly item.

Then we challenged our campers to write a recipe on how to make a s'more. Our leaders read all the recipes out loud and followed the directions EXACTLY as written in an attempt to build the perfect s'more.

I don't think that a real s'more ever got made but I do know the staff definitely went home FULL of marshmallows and chocolate. 🙂

Camp Zion 2025 - Day 21
Theme of the week: Merry Christmas!

Everyone was able to participate in today's Bible skit about Daniel in the lions den. All those lions were really ferocious. Good thing God was there to protect Daniel.

Today we also decorated all the Camp Zion Christmas trees. The catch was the trees had to be decorated with any theme other than Christmas. We had a Space Jam tree, a Thanksgiving tree, two outerspace trees and a junk food tree. Great job campers!

Camp Zion 2025 - Day 20
Theme of the week: Happy Thanksgiving!

There were definitely a lot of turkeys at the bowling alley today. 😜

Shout out to our favorite CZ lunch lady Ms.Z and her sidekick Miss Ava for coming in to serve us up a yummy Thanksgiving lunch today. You are the best.

Camp Zion 2025 - Day 19
Theme of the week: Happy Thanksgiving.

Today was Teen Staff Yes Day. From start to finish our teens planned, organized and ran the entire day. Whatever they wanted to do, Ms.Rachel said yes to.

We had free time as usual, played a funny game called sticky fingers, watched a Bible skit about Zachariah & Elizabeth, started growing crystals in a fish tank, played turkey trot tag, played sharks-n-minnows with the parachute, did a little yoga and made everyone snowcones.

Our teen staff did an excellent job and kept us entertained the whole time. They definately earned their afternoon naps today. 🙂
