I want to tell you about the moment I stopped shrinking. 💜 There was a time when I would walk into rooms and immediately assess whether I belonged. Whether I was qualified enough. Whether my voice was welcome. And then one day I had a revelation: I wasn't in those rooms by accident. I was there on assignment.
