❤️💛 Time to meet one of our LifeWise Board Members and Language Leader, Corey Cornutt! He is a husband, father, servant leader, and pastor of First Baptist Church Grandview. Corey was one of the first steering committee members to get LifeWise Grandview up and running. We are so grateful for his commitment to this gospel community mission from the very beginning!
✨ My name is Corey Cornutt, and I am a Jesus follower, husband of 22 years to Cheryl, and father of three sons who attend Grandview High School and Grandview Elementary. I have my youngest enrolled in LifeWise for the fall! While I’m originally from West Texas, my family moved to Grandview in 2014 to serve as the Lead Pastor of FBC Grandview. Our mission at FBC Grandview is to ensure that every man, woman, and child in Grandview knows that they are loved by Jesus and His Church, and I’m part of LifeWise Grandview as a part of that mission. I’m beyond excited with what God is doing to take the gospel to every home in Grandview ISD! I’m also pumped that LifeWise is the product of prayer and effort coming from multiple churches in our community. Our newly hired teacher is on staff at Grace Baptist Church, our Director is a member at FBC, classes are going to be held at First Methodist Church, and members from many other churches are praying, donating, and volunteering for LifeWise. How cool is that?!
