A look inside the lesson… Today we learned some counting as we planted cantaloupe seeds. We use a mix of hands on play, sensory, fun, positive, encouraging learning. When children are having fun the learning happens naturally. Child led. when the attention span has ended we go to the next lesson. Today we were also using our pinch movements with our fingers, this is actually early writing skills as well! So much learning packed in! 2 year olds are God’s amazing creation! Did you know the act of pouring when we water the plants is actually a way for them to regulate their little emotions as well.

Outside our window; among the lavender, there lies a beauty nestled in with her eggs. She feels secure here inside her home as the children and I romp about. We peer in with hushed voices to see Gods splendid design. What a joyous experience it’s been.
