Hey Neighbors! The Belknap Lookout Dumpster Day is coming up! Neighbors are invited to take advantage of this free community dumpster day to dispose of unwanted household items.

Important Information:

* Free for Belknap Lookout residents (ID required) - NOBL will check you in so please have ID ready
* Please bring items directly to the dumpster location - do not place trash at the curb.
* There will be a recycling dumpster too
* Arrive early! Dumpsters often reach capacity before noon.
* ONE WAY TRAFFIC: Please follow the signs to drive down Bradford towards Lafayette.

Items NOT Accepted:

* Electronics (TVs, computer monitors, etc.)
* Yard waste
* Concrete, asphalt, sod, or lumber
* Hazardous materials (paint, oil, gasoline, tires, hot ashes, acids, etc.)
* Major appliances

We will also be hosting a neighborhood cleanup at the same time. Stop by and help keep Belknap looking and feeling great!

This month’s Community Development Committee meeting on Monday July 27 will take place in the Community Room at Union Suites (608 Coit NE) at 6:30PM.

Our guests will be the team proposing a multifamily residential project to be located at 801/811 Coit. They will be on hand to present the project and answer any questions.

NOBL invites all interested neighbors to attend!

Hey Neighbors! One last reminder about Upheaval this weekend. We’ve had a handful of questions about neighborhood tickets. You typically can collect them at the Thursday evening neighborhood event. It’s typically one per person with proof of residence and I believe 18 and up. Have a blast and enjoy the music!!!

Just a friendly reminder that the 6th annual Upheaval Festival is taking place July 17 & 18! The neighborhood get-together, the Belknap Music Exchange, will take place on Thursday evening July 16th.
