Housing resources.

Each year, Grace's Table hosts Diaper Day, a distribution day alleviating the purchase expense of diapers to teen moms.

What they often discover is something they weren't expecting.

A place where people know their name.
A place where someone asks how they're doing.
A place where they can connect with other moms who understand.
A place where they don't have to carry everything alone.

Many of the young women who participate in Grace's Table today first connected through Diaper Day.

Because sometimes one invitation changes everything.

Diaper Day started because we met young moms who were doing everything they could to care for their children.

Like every parent, they wanted their families to thrive.

They were looking for resources.
They were looking for connection.
They were looking for opportunities.
They were looking for people who believed in them.

We knew diapers could help meet an immediate need.
But we also knew something else:
Sometimes one conversation can change everything.

One relationship.
One encouraging voice.
One invitation into community.

That's why Diaper Day has always been about more than diapers. It's about helping young moms discover they don't have to do this alone. It's about opening the door to belonging, support, resources, and hope.

At Grace’s Table, every program begins around a table. Meals are shared, relationships are built, and growth happens in community.

As Grace’s Table continues to grow, we are hiring a Program Manager to help lead programs, support staff, strengthen systems, and help create meaningful experiences for teen mamas and their children.

This role is ideal for someone who values both leadership and relationships. Someone who can bring consistency, flexibility, initiative, and care to a fast moving and deeply people centered environment.

The Program Manager will work closely with our Director of Programs & Operations to help guide day to day programming, support the Family Advocate team, collaborate across departments, and help move this work forward with excellence and heart.
