West Michigan Wing Society We at the West Michigan Wing Society strive to establish the best wings West Michigan has to offer a These categories are averaged, to give an overall score.

The West Michigan Wing Society judges all wings in three categories:

1) Sauce: not just by the spiciness, but overall balance between flavor and heat.

2) Meat: judging not only size, but quality of meat and skin texture/breading.

3) Service: not presentation of wings....but overall enjoyment of environment in the establishment and interaction with staff. Each category is rated 1-10, 1 being the worst, 10 being the best, equal weighting in each category. Please post pictures and experiences of your wing encounters so others can discover amazing wings. Post categorical ratings as well as overall score.
