The Young at Heart Enrichment Center has experienced several recent changes. We would like to provide an update on the progress made over the past week and share the direction the program will be taking, moving forward.

The Board will also be available to address any questions or concerns.

YAH will be open for Exercise and Tai Chi classes .

👩‍⚕️ 👩🏻‍⚕️ The Calvin Nursing Students may join in and be available for health screenings.

💻💻However, there will be no Technology Class, lunch or afternoon activities. 💻💻

Due to the extremely cold temperatures, slick roads... YAH is amending the schedule of events for Monday, January 26.

Colleen WILL continue to hold the Exercise Class at 9:30-10:30 for those who wish to participate.

Mary will be contacting her students to determine if she will be holding Tai Chi classes.

Lunch and afternoon activities are CANCELLED.

We hope to see you on Wednesday!! We miss you and hope all are safe and warm.

Gertrude is all cuddled up in her blanket with some nice warm hot cocoa!! ( no marshmallows)

Theodore is reading a book and eating a banana that he has dipped in his hot cocoa!!!

Hello Young at Heart Friends and Family;

Slippery Roads, Cold Hands, but Warm Hearts are found at Young at Heart.

Due to continued snow fall and slippery conditions, YAH will remain closed for Wednesday, January 21.
