Flirt Fitness Studio 'Speaking Series: For Women, By Women', featuring our 2020 theme "I Can".

As a key member of the Mod Bettie Team, Nicholette is the cheerleader extraordinaire for helping women understand how important it is to feel empowered.

She will be talking about how to combat negative self-image and find a place of self-love instead! Nicholette will discuss how being photographed and engaging in social media helped her embrace her true self.

In addition to her role with Mod Bettie, Nicholette is a Family Life Educator, model, cat mom, and performer.

This one hour session is available for women of all ages, students and non-students!

When: Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 10 AM to 11 AM

For years, Flirt Fitness Studio has been giving women a safe, welcoming place to build confidence, be accepted and be loved while providing an amazing fitness experience.

In 2020, Flirt Fitness Studio will be giving back to women to build confidence mentally, along with the fitness experience, in a unique Speaking Series: 'For Women, By Women'.
