Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent session with WilliamCharles Search Group and Pondera Advisors on hiring and integrating outside leaders in family business.

We’re especially grateful to Chuck Smeester, Bill Benson, and Kelly Conway for leading such a thoughtful and honest conversation. Their willingness to share practical experience, leadership insight, and real challenges gave our members a lot to reflect on and carry back into their own businesses.

One of the strongest reminders from the session was that successful leadership transitions are built on trust, communication, alignment, and intentionality.

We also want to thank every member who showed up, asked questions, shared perspective, and contributed to the discussion. The openness and generosity in the room are what continue to make this community strong.
