Grateful beyond words that the impact continues:

"I wanted Sara and Jeff to know that because of their raising my awareness I was able to recognize postpartum depression in a family member. She was acting unlike herself and a light bulb went off in my head and I asked her if she was depressed. She described some of her symptoms and I told her to call her doctor ASAP. Thank you to our friends at Postpartum Support International for this unexpected, wonderful honor.

It matters what you say, but don't be afraid to talk about it. It's not going to go away if we sweep it under the rug. ~Sara

Thanks again to all those involved, those who followed, and those who stepped forward to get help. We couldn't have done it without you.

If you have any memories you'd like to share, we'd love to hear from you.
