Attention all Supply Chain Majors, or those interested in touring the Gordon Food Service (GFS) distribution facility, located right here in Grand Rapids!
What: GFS is of the midwest's largest food distribution companies
When: this FRIDAY-Nov 8th, 2019 9-10am
Where: meet in the lobby of GFS distribution facility for a tour @ 4900 Clay Ave SW, Wyoming MI 49548
(look for white sign under the flagpoles, reading "Clay Ave Distribution Center" ) visitor parking available, drive inside fenced parking lot, and walk through pedestrian gate, across the lot to the lobby.
Remember: GFS makes and moves a lot of frozen and refrigerated foods, so in addition to closed toed shoes and proper factory tour attire , make sure you dress extra warm and bring a jacket!🌬❄️🍔🥩🥚Of course, all your old SSCMA buds, will be there, as well as new ones you've yet to meet! See you all there !
