Tuesday, January 12 at Noon Central time (1PM EST) - let’s learn how we can take your virtual meetings to the next level. Guest speaker Kirk Weisler will lead an interactive discussion of best practices, tips, and tricks to holding more productive, fun, and engaging online meetings. Whether you use Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, or something else, there will be a takeaway for you.

Over the past ten months we have practically become masters at congregating virtually. Whether it's meeting with co-workers or customers, or gathering with family or friends, we don't think twice about using a web conferencing tool to facilitate the event. Through all the events you've attended, some have left a positive impact on you. It may have been an interesting use of a software feature, the way the presenter/coordinator engaged attendees, or something else altogether. Bring your favorite experiences or suggestions to share.

Note: we have all also attended really bad meetings, where technology may not have worked, participants may not have been fully present, the presenter wasn’t totally prepared, ad nauseam. We want to start 2021 on a positive note, so we won’t be discussing any of those experiences.

Zip! Zap! Zoom! Getting your year in gear. Join HDI favorite Kirk Weisler at our January 2021 Virtual Chapter meeting on Tuesday, January 12th at Noon CST.

11/28/2020

The Award Ceremony will be held virtually on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 11:30AM - 2PM ET! Come help us cheer on all the nominees and the winners as well as hear from the amazing Kirk Weisler!

Kirk will be speaking to us about the power of RE-charge your batteries, RE-fresh your leadership spirit, and help your team RE-alize more of their RE-silience as they get RE-connected with their mission, and Re-focused on their strengths. After the challenging year that 2020 has been, we need the power of RE more than ever! This will be a fun, engaging session with immediately actionable take-aways to assist you as a leader as you assist your team. It’s just what RE-Freshing Leaders DO!

Customer Experience (or CX) is all the rage these days...or is it? While many claim that CX is just repackaging Customer Service with a shiny new bow, many organizations are taking the holistic approach and looking at CX from every facet of the customer's journey. From application design to chat-botting, the path to CX has many routes, and while one size does not fit all, many agree that a focus on CX remains critical to the bottom line. Join us for a video conference roundtable where we discuss how organizations are approaching CX, and share ideas with others in the industry to see where your organization’s CX experience stands and find new ideas to implement.

TBT: Here's a timeless topic: Too often, quality programs stop at the scorecards and support staff focus on the numbers instead of creating a great customer experience.
