RFL students experience a unique college experience that is challenging, builds mutual relationships, and lays the foundation for one's transition into the adult world. Individual goals are developed and implemented through a blended curriculum design. Students participate in college classes, volunteer placements, and engage in the college life while reaching for the long term goals of independenc

e and employment. A certificate of completion can be earned by successfully completing all classroom requirements and classwork experiences. The Ready for Life Academy is currently located at Hope College and will be opening at Calvin College in the near future.
