We’re walking for the moms and children we’ve lost along the way, honoring their lives while standing alongside others who have been affected by su***de. Every step is a reminder that our lives matter, our families matter, and no one should have to struggle alone.

Just a reminder that we’re gathering Thursday, September 24th from 5:30–7:30 PM for another M.O.M.S Club Parent Café!

And just to be clear, Parent Café is for ALL parents, caregivers, grandparents, foster parents, educators, and others who support children and families. Your children can be babies, school-aged, teenagers, young adults, or grown. This space is for you, too!

Come sit with us, have some food, connect with others, share experiences, learn about resources, and have real conversations in a welcoming space. 💜

☕ PARENT CAFÉ IS BACK!

Our September Parent Café will be held on Thursday, September 24th from 5:30–7:30 PM at Samaritas.

This month we’re meeting on the 4th Thursday instead of our usual 3rd Thursday.

Parent Café is a space for parents, caregivers, and educators to come together, connect, have meaningful conversations, share experiences, learn from one another, and connect with helpful community resources.

Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, caregiver, educator, or someone who supports children and families, you’re welcome at the table.

Breastfeeding doesn’t always look like the pictures. 🤎

You can love feeding your baby and still feel overwhelmed. You can be grateful for the ability to breastfeed and still need help. You can be committed to breastfeeding and have hard days.

None of that means you’re failing.

Mama, you deserve support BEFORE you’re at your breaking point not judgment, pressure, or unsolicited advice.

Normalize supporting the mother, too. 🤎
