Kent County SkyWarn Kent County, Michigan SkyWarn The program uses annual training and amateur radio for rapid reporting directly to the NWS.

SkyWarn was developed by the National Weather Service in the late 1960′s to help volunteers with training and a system of reporting severe weather.
