Tonight, our incoming and outgoing chairs came together for an evening of connection, collaboration, and leadership transition as we passed the torch to the next year of service. It was a wonderful opportunity to share knowledge, celebrate accomplishments, and build excitement for what’s ahead.

Tarra Geertman ✨ Since joining JLGR in 2018, Tarra has continuously stepped into leadership with purpose, grace, and an unwavering commitment to the mission of the League. Through committee leadership, board service, and years of empowering others, she has become a true example of intentional growth and servant leadership.

Her ability to lead with trust, encouragement, and respect has helped so many members grow into confident leaders themselves. She creates space for others to contribute, lead, and thrive while always offering thoughtful guidance and steady support behind the scenes.

It is only fitting that Tarra be named the inaugural recipient of the Nellie Clements President’s Award ❤️ Her impact on this League and its members will be felt for years to come.
