Echelon Grand Rapisd seeks to mobilize the next generation for The Salvation Army in Grand Rapids by providing opportunities for young adults to engage with the organization through fellowship and networking, donations and fundraising, and service and volunteering.

Each year, the Fulton Heights Corps and Community Center welcomes the community during ArtPrize with family-friendly and faith-inspired artwork. This year’s festival runs September 17 through October 3!

Echelon recently visited Davenport University and Grace Christian University to meet students, share more about who we are, and introduce opportunities to volunteer, serve the Grand Rapids community, and connect with others who share a passion for giving back.

Did you know Grand Rapids is home to one of The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC)?

The ARC serves as a beacon of hope for adults seeking to overcome challenges such as substance use and other life difficulties. Through a free, 180-day residential work therapy program, participants receive support that focuses on their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

One of the unique aspects of the program is that proceeds from The Salvation Army's thrift stores help fund these life-changing services. Every donation and purchase helps provide hope, healing, and a fresh start for those on their journey to recovery.
