01/25/2024

Huge thanks to everyone who came out tonight! GR34 packed 83 snack bags for the Grand Rapids Homeless Outreach Team. These bags are used to help the HOT team make connections and build relationships with the homeless community. Shortly after, we had a family game night. We had a great turnout and it was a fun event! Several aspiring Masons joined us as well as a few great community organizations! We helped the HOT Team, we had a great night of fellowship, and we made a few new community connections while we were at it! Keep an eye out for the next event!

Here’s a few photos from the last three park events. We helped Kent County Parks harvest and spread native species seeds in the prairie spaces at Millineum and Dwight Lydel Park! These projects help support Kent County wildlife by maintaining and create much needed prairie spaces!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped with another successful snack bag event! These events help support the Grand Rapids Homeless Outreach Team (H.O.T. for short) as they engage with our local homeless camps in our community. By using these bags as an ice breaker, they are able to build relationships with the community and make sure everyone is taken care of! Stay tuned for the next event!
