Another successful Youth Garden Day. Some of our young gardeners even took home onions, cilantro, dill, lettuce, and mustard greens, and we planted lots more veggies together today. Watching them harvest what they grew and help expand the garden fills my heart 😍🤗

Hi Rebecca’s Daughters Family,

Just a quick reminder that we will be meeting for the Youth Garden this Saturday at 11:00 a.m.!

Our seedlings are growing beautifully and are ready to be planted in the ground. We even have returning plants from last year that the youth grew, they’re coming back strong, and the garden beds are looking incredible.

This Saturday, we’ll be de‑weeding, planting all the youth seedlings, and adding extra veggies and marigold flowers to help protect our growing garden from animals. Come see the latest progress from our young starters, healthy lettuce, thriving cilantro, and so much more.Come ready to get your hands dirty, learn, and help our community garden grow.

You have to carry enough confidence and faith in God to value yourself, your purpose, and your gifts, even when you don’t fully understand them yet.

Our first day back in the garden was a success. The kids loved being outdoors, we cleared weeds, added them to the compost, and started our seedlings for the season. We even had a couple of neighborhood kids join in and plant veggies with us. Our hearts are truly happy 😊
