We’re proud to celebrate our incredible participants as they complete a transformational 5-month journey through the Trinity Health Grand Rapids healthcare system. Throughout the program, this group brought curiosity, passion, and a commitment to learning—gaining hands-on insight into healthcare careers while building meaningful connections along the way.

Up Next is designed to introduce emerging talent to the many pathways within healthcare, offering exposure to departments across our system, professional development opportunities, and real-world experiences that inspire the next generation of leaders.
