Our recent “Paint & Pause” event brought together community members for an evening of art, conversation, and support. Survey results showed that 78% of participants felt connected and relaxed – with others feeling inspired, supported, and proud. All reported feeling welcome and included.

One participant shared, “Wonderful event for a person like me with Anxiety — I can relax with Art.”

We extend our appreciation to Watermark Art Center for partnering with us to provide the space and facilitate the guided painting. Thank you to all participants who joined us and helped create an encouraging atmosphere throughout the evening.

Opportunities for connection may play an important role in reducing isolation and supporting recovery. We look forward to future gatherings and continued community partnerships!
