June 4th is the Day of Remembrance for Children who have lost their lives as a result of the Russian Federation's armed aggression against Ukraine.

This is a day of unspeakable pain and a silence that no words can ever fill. Hundreds of children's lives cut short. Hundreds of unfulfilled dreams, tentative first steps, and unspoken "I love you's." Every single child taken by this war is an unhealed wound in the heart of our nation.

Supporting the children of war is one of the core pillars of our foundation, Ministry2Ukraine. Every day, we look into the eyes of children who have already seen far too much. And that is precisely why we have no right to stop. In memory of those who are gone, we are duty-bound to do everything in our power to protect, support, and restore the lives of the children enduring this hell today.

Today, we honor the memory of every little angel whose life was cut short far too soon, and we pray for the children and parents who are walking through this profound grief today. May the Lord bring His comfort to broken hearts and protect every child's life in Ukraine. We remember. 🕯️🇺🇦

4 червня — День вшанування пам'яті дітей, які загинули внаслідок збройної агресії Росії проти України.

Це день невимовного болю і тиші, яку неможливо заповнити жодними словами. Сотні обірваних дитячих життів. Сотні нездійснених мрій, несміливих кроків та несказаних «люблю». Кожна дитина, яку забрала ця війна — це незагоєна рана в серці нашої нації.

Допомога дітям війни — це один із ключових напрямків нашого фонду Ministry2Ukraine. Ми щодня бачимо очі дітей, які бачили занадто багато. І саме тому ми не маємо права зупинятися. Заради тих, кого вже немає, ми зобов'язані зробити все, щоб захистити, підтримати та повернути до життя тих дітей, які проходять через це пекло зараз.

Сьогодні ми згадуємо кожного маленького янгола, чиє життя обірвалося занадто рано, та молимося за тих дітей і батьків, які сьогодні проходять через це важке випробування. Нехай Господь дарує Свою розраду пораненим серцям та збереже кожне дитяче життя в Україні. Пам'ятаємо. 🕯️🇺🇦

Wonderful construction updates from the Yednosti building!

The space is changing, and here is what the Almaz Church teams have accomplished recently:

• Tile installation is completely finished across the entire first floor.
• On the second floor, tiling in the restrooms has been completed.
• This week, the installation of drywall partitions began on the second floor — these will be future classrooms.
• Active work has begun on the staircases.
• Electrical wiring configuration continues on the second floor.
• Plus, doors have already been purchased for both the first and second floors.

Of course, looking inside, the building is still far from its final cozy look — this is only the first stage of a long process. There is still a vast amount of work ahead. However, the goal remains unchanged: with your support and God’s blessing, the church plans to start gathering here by the end of August.

As partners, we at Ministry2Ukraine are thrilled to watch this progress. Every step forward brings closer the moment when this space will fully come alive, serving people and working for the benefit of the entire community. 🛠️✨

Чудові новини з будівництва приміщення на Єдності!

Простір змінюється, і ось що встигли зробити за останній час:

• Повністю поклали плитку на всьому першому поверсі.
• На другому поверсі завершили укладання плитки в санвузлах.
• Цього тижня стартував монтаж гіпсокартонних перегородок на другому поверсі — тут будуть майбутні класи.
• Розпочали активні роботи над сходами.
• Продовжується розводка електрики на другому поверсі.
• А також уже закуплено двері для першого та другого поверхів.

Звісно, якщо зазирнути всередину, будівля поки що виглядає зовсім не так затишно, як нам усім хочеться — це лише перший етап великого ремонту. Попереду ще величезна кількість справ. Проте мета залишається незмінною: з вашою допомогою та Божим благословенням планується, що вже наприкінці серпня тут почне збиратися церква.

​Ми у фонді Ministry2Ukraine як партнери щиро радіємо цьому прогресу. Адже кожен такий крок наближає момент, коли цей простір повноцінно оживе, буде служити людям та працювати на благо всієї громади. 🛠️✨

June 1st marks the International Day for Protection of Children. But in Ukraine today, this phrase has taken on a completely different, sharp, and painful meaning.

Today, protecting our children is about more than just advocating for their rights or buying toys — it means learning to be their rock when the world around them is fracturing.

Yet, there are children whose safety is doubly fragile. These are the orphans in Znamianka and Zaluchchia, cared for by our "Myrodim" team. They are already deprived of parental warmth, and now the war has stripped away even their basic sense of security.

For Ministry2Ukraine, protection is a daily, hands-on mission:
🔹 It’s traveling to these children just to hold them close, listen, and be present.
🔹 It’s launching the "Zubko" project to protect their dental health and give them confident smiles.

We cannot stop the war, but we can absolutely protect the childhood of a specific child right now.

Thank you to everyone who stands as a shield alongside us — through your donations, your prayers, and your love.

1 червня — Міжнародний день захисту дітей. Але в Україні сьогодні це словосполучення набуло зовсім іншого, гострого та болючого значення.

Сьогодні захищати наших дітей — це не просто дбати про їхні права чи купувати іграшки, це вчитися бути для них опорою, коли навколо руйнується світ.

Але є діти, у яких цей захист подвійно крихкий. Це діти-сироти у Знам'янці та Залуччі, якими опікується наша команда «Миродому». Вони позбавлені батьківського тепла, а війна забрала у них ще й відчуття базової безпеки.

Для нашого фонду Ministry2Ukraine захист — це щоденна дія:
🔹 Це поїздки до дітей, щоб просто побути поруч, обійняти і вислухати.
🔹 Це запуск проєкту «Зубко», щоб захистити їхнє здоров’я та подарувати впевнені посмішки.

Ми не можемо зупинити війну, але ми можемо захистити дитинство конкретної дитини просто зараз.

Pidhayne, May 23, 2026. In the first photo is our team that served this week. ✨

​The main event of this trip was a picnic for displaced families living in the social housing community. We spent four incredible hours together. We settings-shared a meal of chicken cooked over the open fire, but the most valuable part wasn't the food — it was the connection. While lunch was cooking, we had the chance to talk deeply with people, especially those who didn't quite dare to join the main table at first.

​Right now, the emotional atmosphere among the residents is challenging. Out of 43 residents, only 32 remain — the others have left to look for better living conditions and prospects. Those who stay feel this uncertainty deeply. They were glad to see us and so open to simple, heartfelt conversations.

​Later in the evening, after coming back, our team discussed how the day went and what we can do even better during our next trip.

​Our deepest GRATITUDE goes to everyone who supports these trips financially and through prayer. Because of you, we are able to regularly travel and minister to people in Pidhayne and the surrounding villages. You are holding up our hands! 🤝

Головною подією цієї поїздки став пікнік для переселенців у соціальному містечку. Ми провели разом чотири неймовірні години. Разом обідали куркою, спеченою на вогнищі, але найціннішим була не їжа, а спілкування. Поки готувався обід, ми мали змогу багато говорити з людьми — особливо з тими, хто не наважувався підійти до спільного столу.

Зараз настрій у жителів містечка складний. Із 43 мешканців тут залишилося 32 — інші поїхали шукати кращих умов та перспектив для життя. Ті, хто залишився, гостро відчувають цю невизначеність. Вони були раді нашому приїзду та дуже відкриті до простих, щирих розмов.

А вже ввечері, повернувшись, ми з командою обговорили, як пройшов день і що ми можемо зробити ще краще під час наступного виїзду.

The first photo shows the children of one of our foundation’s staff members. They spent last night, like many before it, sleeping on the corridor floor, sheltering from ongoing explosions. This is the daily reality for our team’s families living in Kyiv and the surrounding region.

Over the past few days, Russia has launched some of the largest coordinated air attacks since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, firing hundreds of missiles and strike drones. The Kyiv region has once again been a primary target. While the walls shook from air defense battles and impacts outside, our children tried to sleep between the safety of interior walls.

All of us—the leaders and volunteers of Ministry2Ukraine—are parents of young children. We feel the exact same fear for their lives as any parent would. Yet, we have made a conscious choice to remain in Ukraine.

Why do we stay?

Because this is where the urgent needs are. By being on the ground, we can respond to crises instantly, delivering aid to orphanages and recovering villages without delay. We are here to "hold up the hands" of local pastors and ministries who stand on the front lines of relief every single day.

The following photos in the carousel show the destruction left by yesterday's attacks in our area. The enemy tries to terrorize and destroy, but our response to destruction is rebuilding and care.

At Ministry2Ukraine, we believe that to help children effectively, we must constantly improve. Over the last two months, our orphan care team ("Myrodim" team) has been dedicated to intensive training.

​Alongside 11 other teams from across Ukraine, our volunteers completed the "Social Ministry" course at the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary (UETS). It was weeks of hard work: learning to design social projects, build budgets, and write grant proposals.

​The culmination of this training was the "Zubko" project 🦷 — an initiative aimed at addressing the dental health needs of orphans in Znamianka.

​We are incredibly proud of our team because, after presenting to the jury, the "Zubko" project took FIRST PLACE! Along with this recognition, the team was awarded a 50,000 UAH grant to bring this vital mission to life.

​On behalf of the foundation, we sincerely congratulate our volunteers! This isn't just a victory in a competition — it’s a professional step toward turning knowledge into real change for children.

​We thank God for this opportunity, and all of you for supporting our team’s growth. There is much work ahead! ❤️🏆

Ми віримо: щоб допомагати дітям ефективно, потрібно постійно вдосконалюватися. Останні два місяці наша команда напряму опіки над сиротами (команда «Миродому») присвятила інтенсивному навчанню.

Разом із 11 командами з усієї України наші волонтери проходили курс «Соціальне служіння» в УЄТС. Це були тижні кропіткої роботи: ми вчилися створювати соціальні проєкти, формувати бюджети та готувати грантові заявки.

Результатом навчання став проєкт «Зубко» 🦷 — ініціатива, спрямована на вирішення проблем стоматологічного здоров’я дітей-сиріт у Знам’янці.

Ми неймовірно пишаємося нашою командою, адже після захисту перед журі проєкт «Зубко» посів ПЕРШЕ МІСЦЕ! Команда отримала грант у розмірі 50 000 грн на реалізацію цієї важливої справи.

Від імені фонду ми щиро вітаємо наших волонтерів! Це не просто перемога — це перший професійний крок до втілення нових знань у реальні зміни для дітей.

For the second day in a row, Ukraine has been shaken by massive, coordinated attacks. On the night of May 14, Russia launched a large-scale combined strike, deploying hundreds of missiles and drones. This marks one of the largest attacks since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

​Explosions have once again echoed across the capital and its surrounding region. Residential buildings have been destroyed, leaving dozens injured, including children. Tragically, lives have been lost. Emergency teams are still working through the rubble, fighting to save every person.

​We are enduring incredible pain, yet we continue to stand firm. Now, more than ever, it is vital to remain united and support those at the epicenter of this tragedy.

​We ask for your prayers for Ukraine and all those affected. Your spiritual support gives us the strength to persevere. 🇺🇦🙏

Другу добу поспіль Україна здригається від масованих атак. У ніч проти 14 травня Росія завдала масштабного комбінованого удару, застосувавши сотні ракет та безпілотників. Це була одна з найпотужніших атак за весь час повномасштабного вторгнення.

У столиці та області знову лунають вибухи. Зруйновані житлові будинки, десятки поранених, серед яких — діти. На жаль, є загиблі. Рятувальники продовжують роботу під завалами, намагаючись врятувати кожне життя.

Ми проходимо крізь неймовірний біль, але продовжуємо стояти. Зараз, як ніколи, важливо залишатися об’єднаними та підтримувати тих, хто опинився в епіцентрі біди.

We remember Pidhayne differently. When we first saw these ruins, it was hard to imagine that life would ever return here. But love and faith can work miracles.

​Today, we are happy to report: life in Pidhayne is not just continuing, it is flourishing! Our humanitarian center is working at full capacity. It has become the true heart of the community, uniting dozens of people.

​Here is a short summary of what is happening at the center now:

🌻 Humanitarian Aid: The center has become a hub where villagers regularly receive food and other essential items.

🌻 Spiritual Support: We hold weekly services where people find comfort, support, and joint prayer. This is a place where wounded souls are healed.

🌻 Youth and Children's Work: For the youngest residents of Pidhayne, the center is a space for play, creativity, and learning. It is important to us that, despite the war, they have a childhood.

🌻 Psychological Support: We see a great need for aid, and our center is becoming a safe environment where people can find comfort or simply talk.

​For our foundation, Pidhayne is a special ministry. It is a symbol that even upon the ashes, life can be restored. We thank everyone who supports this project and helps us bring hope back to people's hearts. Together, we are rebuilding not just walls, but lives. 🧱💖

Almaz Church has an ambitious goal — to begin ministry and move into their new facility by the end of this summer.

Why is this so important?

Having their own building is the key to a new level of outreach and social aid. Every finished room represents:

🌱 New Opportunities: They will be able to launch projects that are impossible to host in rented halls.
🌱 Stability: Local residents will know exactly where they can go for support at any time.
🌱 Impact: An opportunity to become a true part of the community for thousands of families in Kryukivshchyna and Vyshneve, sharing Hope through both words and actions.

There is still a lot of work to be done, from interior finishing to utility installation. The needs are significant, which is why the Ministry2Ukraine foundation is actively joining the process now. The church has a plan to ensure this center of hope opens its doors to the community by autumn.
