Bring your clippings, clones, and propagates and join us May 30th for our Midtown Plant Swap! Indoor and outdoor plants and plant related materials can be traded and swapped and Habitat Hero will also be giving away native plants and seeds!

Dream Big: Literacy and Play is a free community play experience co-hosted by GR Lit Fest , THE PLAYGROUNDgr. This special event serves as the closing celebration of the 2026 GR Lit Fest, bringing neighbors together for a FREE interactive experience centered on literacy, connection, creativity, and play.

Community members will have the opportunity to connect with local authors, teachers, clinicians, farmers, bankers, and other professionals from across our community — but the best part is the opportunity to play and learn together.

We are especially excited to welcome two local authors and the creator of Wimee, each of whom will host a free community reading and book giveaway.

Featured books include:

ABC Affirmations by Janaya Jones

Dream Like Mine by LaTashia Perry

Wimee Learns About Money featuring Wimee creator Michael Hyacinthe.
