💚 Wellness, Connection & Caring for Those Who Care for Our Children

Behind every thriving Head Start child is a caring, dedicated team of educators and support staff. ❤️

Last Friday, our teams at seven Telamon Centers participated in wellness activities that promoted physical health, mental well-being, and connection. Caring for young children is rewarding work, but it also requires an immense amount of energy, patience, and resilience.

That’s why taking care of the people who care for our children matters SO much! 🌱 When educators and caregivers feel supported, healthy, and valued, they are better equipped to create nurturing, positive environments where children can flourish. 🌟
Wellness is not just about self-care. It’s about sustaining the heart of early childhood education. ❤️

For , our team in Watervliet would like to thank Silverstone Gardens Greenhouse for their years of generosity in donating beautiful flowers to our center. Their thoughtful support helps create a warm, welcoming first impression that reflects the level of care we strive to provide every day—and, along with our community partners, helps foster an environment where everyone feels valued.

We’re also grateful for the kindness of our current and former families, and our amazing staff—like Floricelda Nava and many others—who help make our center a place that truly feels inviting.
We appreciate you all! 💐
