Here are the results from the 2026 Hubbard Lake tourney. From the results it looks like it was a very tough bite, something we have not experienced on Hubbard in a number of years. Not many limits were brought to the scale and the fish appear to have run must smaller than the last few years. Congrats to Michael, Lee and Jess on the win. Thank you to all who showed up to fish the event. If anyone has any pictures from the day or the prefish I would appreciate you posting them in the comments below.

Youth Tourney Results

This past Saturday the WMWC held their annual youth tourney. 37 kids with assorted parents, friends, and grandparents headed out onto Muskegon Lake in 17 boats. It was a beautiful day with plenty of sunshine and light winds which made for a great day for all. In the 4 hours of fishing a big bunch of fish in multiple species were caught. Big salmon, freshwater drum and catfish found their way to the scale to be weighed. Many assorted panfish were also presented at the scale. Since this is a walleye club there were a bunch of them caught as well. Several boats reported catching 7 or 8 keepers as well as shorts. Other boats reported having 3 or 4 in the livewell. After the food was eaten and the trophies were handed out, there was a special drawing for a couple of kayaks. Zander Brandt was the winner of one of them with Casen Rupe winning the other one. Thanks to all who attended and we look forward to doing it again next year. Below is a list of the winners.
