This Monday, WMCAT's Teen Arts + Tech Studios opens for the semester.

Beginning September 21, Grand Rapids Public Schools high school students can spend the semester creating alongside professional teaching artists in a tuition-free afterschool studio experience. Explore photography, music production, video production, digital illustration, 3D animation, fashion design, or ceramics while building new skills and creative confidence.

No matter where you're starting from, there's room to explore, experiment, and create.

The operations manager is an integral member of the WMCAT team, supporting the systems and coordination that keep our mission-based programming and community-facing work moving. This role oversees internal operations, including technology and asset management, facilities, financial support, and human resources support, while also providing backup front-desk coverage.

The ideal candidate brings curiosity, initiative, and a systems mindset to their work and thrives in a collaborative environment advancing WMCAT’s mission of providing equitable access to opportunity.
