Last night at Venue3Two, our team felt surrounded by love and a genuine commitment to the work, and we are incredibly thankful for everyone who showed up to stand behind and learn more about the mission of The Village99.

The evening reminded us that there are so many people who believe in creating access for the students and families our Concierge Department supports each day. We are also so grateful to Venue3Two and New City Kids: Grand Rapids for providing such a beautiful setting and inspiring music to bring our community together. Real change takes a village, and we are thankful for every part of ours.

Another powerful chapter of Learners to Leaders @ LMCU.

This time, 25 students from Muskegon Heights + Mona Shores got a real look at adulthood + careers through a hands-on Financial Reality Fair, HR-led interview training, professional LinkedIn headshots, and a panel conversation with LMCU professionals who were willing to share their stories and lessons learned.

The impact came from the people—LMCU employees who chose to give up their time to mentor, encourage, and speak life into students who are still figuring out what’s next. That’s leadership. And that’s how confidence gets built: one conversation, one skill, one connection at a time.

Grateful for LMCU’s hospitality and purpose, and proud of our students for showing up with curiosity, courage, and great questions.

If your organization wants to host a Learners to Leaders day, let’s connect.
