As you may be aware, we've been on an extended hiatus since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Considering how long it's been since we last gathered, we'd like your input to guide upcoming discussions on restarting the choir—possibly in early 2023.

Whether you've sung with us, accompanied us, attended a concert or open rehearsal, just heard about us in passing—we'd love to hear your thoughts around these two areas:

• How are you interested in contributing to Justice Choir GR in the future?
• How can we show up in our community in the future?

After long consideration, the Justice Choir GR Steering Committee has decided to delay our relaunch of rehearsals in the best interest of the health of our singers and community. With Kent County's community transmission rate as 'High' (per the CDC) we will hold off on singing together until it is safe to resume. I am so so sorry to everyone that was looking forward to resuming our social justice music-making! I was so excited to start making music with you and I am frustrated and sad that we have to delay again. That said, we WILL BE BACK SOON!!! In the meantime, stay safe and healthy, get vaccinated, and continue fighting for liberty and justice for all!

Justice Choir GR believes advocacy should be accessible. All voices are welcome, and no auditions or membership dues are required. If you have a passion for justice and an interest in singing, you have a place here!

We're planning to start singing together again this fall, starting with open rehearsals on Monday, September 13 & 20, 6:30–8:00 pm. Even if you know you're unable to sing with us this fall, we're interested in your thoughts, opinions, and ideas as we work to re-launch this group while keeping COVID-19 safety in mind.

POSTPONED AS OF 9/9/21

📢 After 17 months, we're planning a RELAUNCH! 📢

We're looking to restart weekly rehearsals on Monday, September 13th @ 6:30pm. September 13th & 20th will be open rehearsals—open to all! (We meet at at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1100 Lake Drive SE, 49506.)

We are looking for YOUR input and ideas as we work to revive this organization! Please consider completing this short (6 question) RELAUNCH SURVEY about our fall session.
