This is an important survey to guide the health needs of our communities.
The 2026 Kent County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Survey is now open!
Every three years, community organizations, hospitals, and the Kent County Health Department work together to better understand the health needs, strengths, and priorities of our community. The information collected through this survey will guide local health improvement efforts and community investments over the next three years.
This year, we're especially excited to have a youth version of the survey for Kent County residents ages 13โ17 to help ensure young people's voices are included in shaping future community health priorities.

Every response helps ensure local decisions are informed by the people who live here. The more voices we hearโespecially from communities that are often underrepresented in traditional health dataโ the better we can understand the needs of Kent County residents and work together to improve health for everyone.
