Some people let me know that others wanted to donate to last club's/future clubs meetings. Totally optional. Funds go to rocks, saw blades and two-bit brownies. Anything is appreciated and nothing is me loving you the same, anyways. You guys were insane and the energy was spot on. Thank you for coming out and tearing the place up!

Hey! First, holy crap that was insane. Four saws going NONSTOP. You all killed it! I could hear those rocks screaming for their lives (too dark?). I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this club.

If anyone have any videos or pictures, would you be willing to drop them in the chat, or dm them to me? I would love to see what you all captured! Photo cred goes to Ryon Marti. She also was a huge help to the success of the club meeting. Also to Gage Harlow and Brian Olds for being their saws. Without these humans, I don’t think the club would have gone the way it did. Side note, check out this MALAWI agate I polished recently. The colors are like, sophisticated!

Malawi agates never, and I mean ever cease to blow my dome off my neck. Patterns, to colors, to even the chalcedony that is surrounding the bands, like a warm, vibrant blanket. It is hard to pick up the platelets, but those are red and purple, too! Come next club meeting (Monday, September 7 from 6:30pm-8:00pm), I will bring a few of these puppies for YOU to cut open!

Oh LAWWD! Mookaite jasper has a special place in my heart. Not only does it have a variety of color but also patterns. They make cutting so fun as they take such an incredible polish. Fun Fact: Mookaite jasper can only be found in Australia. Second fun fact: I used the Hi-Tech cerium polishing pad for this one and it turned out GREAT. I did not have a bunch of white powder or goo to clean up afterwards, nor did I have to run it in the ultrasonic cleaner! Thank you Hi-Tech Diamond for your kindness in sending this along with the Tech 11 pad!
