The E.L.M. Community 4th Annual Golf Outing
The E.L.M. Community started after our family watched several members succumb to cancer. Out of our grief, we wanted to support children, who are experiencing debilitating diseases, and their families.
We donate gift baskets filled with goodies and essentials, including gift cards and Build a Bear with the ability to record the patient's voice. These gifts have made a significant impact for families at the Ronald McDonald House and at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital P.O.R.T. program.
Our goal is to raise more money this year to support families at both facilities. We would be grateful for your participation or any support, donations, or prizes you can provide, and we look forward to a fun-filled day on the green!

Meal: 8 oz Sizzler, Salad, Roll, Potato Salad, & Coleslaw
Individual Golfers/Foursome
$100 per person. $400 per foursome.
Driving range balls included.

* $5,000 Hole-in-One Contest (Entry: $5 at the hole) * $2,500 Putting Contest (Entry: $5 at the green)
