GRYP 2027 BOARD POSITIONS ARE OPEN!
Grand Rapids Young Professionals is preparing for 2027, and we’re looking for passionate, driven professionals who want to help us continue growing our organization and our impact throughout the Grand Rapids community.
Interviews are NOW OPEN for:
Vice President:
Serves as second-in-command and works directly with the President to support board operations, strengthen community relationships, assist board directors and committees, and help guide the overall direction of GRYP. This position is ideally designed to transition into the President role in the future.
Treasurer:
Oversees GRYP’s financial operations, including budgeting, banking transactions, financial reporting, sponsorship payments, expense tracking, and maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Director of Sponsorship & Development:
Leads GRYP’s sponsorship and fundraising efforts by building relationships with local businesses and organizations, securing financial partnerships, identifying fundraising opportunities, and helping coordinate fundraising events, including our annual fall gala.
Director of Public Relations
Oversees GRYP’s public-facing communications and organizational messaging, including member emails, newsletters, website updates, media relations, external partnerships, and community outreach while maintaining a consistent GRYP brand.
