Too many people try to lead every step, control every outcome, or walk alone because trust feels risky. But real strength is found beside each other, not above or below.

Recovery taught me that nobody makes it alone. Healing happens when people walk together, shoulder to shoulder, through the hard days and the victories. No one person has all the answers, and no one should have to carry the weight alone.

“Don’t walk behind me; I may not lead.
Don’t walk in front of me; I may not follow.
Walk beside me that we may be as one.”

That’s leadership.
That’s community.
That’s recovery.
