The last in our Age Friendly Cook County celebrations is tomorrow! Thursday, June 18th 10:30am at Gunflint mid-trail! The Schapp Community Center! Hope you can join us to share where you see Age Friendly in our community!!

There will be fresh and wonderful scones from Clearwater Lodge! 💜

We’ve enjoyed the hospitality and good conversations at the Bone builders in the Lutsen Town hall, The YMCA, and Trinity Lutheran at Hovland!! We look forward to seeing you up the trail Thursday!! 💚

Connecting Caregivers Support Group

Powerful Tools for Caregivers Training

And our foundational programs…
Care Coordination for transitions during aging, advance care planning, memory loss, end of life, and Caregiver support!

Along with our amazing volunteers programs providing Rides, Chores, and a matching volunteer program for friend visits!

So grateful to our amazing staff: Christie, Minda, Barb, Jennifer and Julie. And our amazing volunteers… together we do our part toward an age friendly cook county!!
