This Saturday - join our friends at the Grand Lake Stream ATV Club for the annual landowner appreciation cleanup. Meet at 8:30 am at the GLS School Building, and lunch will be provided. Thank you to all the volunteers helping to beautify the roads and trails after a long winter!!!

Lake Stewards of Maine (LSM) is hosting a Plant Paddle workshop on Long Lake in Princeton, ME. In this FREE, 3-hour, on-water program, participants will learn basic botany, how to spot native, suspicious, and invasive plants on the water with LSMโ€™s Quick Key, and receive an overview of AIS survey methods and sample collection. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŒฟ

The ability to use trees to make traditional items is very important to many locals here in Grand Lake Stream. From canoe building, to basket making, it is vital to be able to continue these traditions in the 21st century!

Loons are a beloved and sometimes controversial bird across North America. The West Branch of the St Croix River Watershed holds roughly 10% of all the loons in the state of Maine. DLLT works to conserve lakeshore and habitat to sustain this species for the future.
