Hey Dads! This one is for YOU! 👏

Join us Saturday, October 17th at 6:00 PM at the Colorado Birth Collective for a night of community, pizza, board games, and hanging out with other dads!

In the middle of all the precious (and sometimes crazy!) moments of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, Dads need support and community too. You deserve some time to step away, relax, laugh, and connect with other guys who get it.

Come grab some pizza, play some board games, mingle, and just enjoy a night for YOU.

Meet three of the amazing midwives from Intermountain Health’s St. Mary’s Regional Hospital! Katherine, Leah and Merrilynn.

One thing we absolutely love is getting to know the incredible birth providers here in our valley!

We truly believe there is a midwife for every mom, and finding the right fit for your birth journey is so important. That’s why we value collaboration, connection, and having options!

Birth is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is maternity care. Every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported in the choices she makes for herself and her baby.

We are so thankful to have wonderful midwives in our community who share a passion for caring for women and families. We love building relationships with fellow providers and are always happy to connect families with these amazing ladies!

At the end of the day, it’s not about where or how you choose to give birth. It’s about making sure you have the support, education, and care you deserve along the way.

Here’s to more collaboration, more options, and more empowered births in our valley!

Meet Becky Montag!

Becky is a pelvic floor physical therapist with Montag Physical Therapy, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her!

Becky has been a valued part of our team over the years, and her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to women’s health are such a gift to the families we serve.

What makes Becky so special is her heart for helping women feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing. She understands that every woman’s body and journey are different, and she takes the time to meet each client exactly where they are.

One thing we especially love about Becky is her passion for challenging the idea that pain, discomfort, and changes in pelvic floor function are simply things women have to accept after childbirth. Just because something is common doesn’t mean it has to be your new normal!
Becky believes women deserve answers, support, and the opportunity to heal and restore their bodies.

She brings such a calm, steady presence to everything she does, and we are so thankful to have her alongside us!

Reclaiming You: Postpartum Mental Health was a SUCCESS! 🤍

What makes us happy? This. You.

Creating spaces where you can learn, feel supported, and walk away feeling more empowered to care for yourself is exactly why we do this.

Postpartum mental health is tied into so many parts of our well-being: nutrition, pelvic floor health, aromatherapy, support systems, rest, community, and so much more.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply knowing where to begin.

That’s why events like Reclaiming You matter. We want to give you the education, resources, and support to take that first step toward feeling like yourself again, whatever that looks like for you.

You deserve to feel supported.
You deserve to feel your best.
You deserve to know that your health matters too.

Could your pregnancy fatigue be low iron?

Feeling sleepy and tired is a very common part of pregnancy—but if you’re feeling extremely or unusually exhausted, it could be a sign of low iron or anemia.

✨ If you feel like you can’t get enough rest, are unusually weak, dizzy, or completely drained, tell your midwife or healthcare provider and ask about checking your iron levels.

Taking care of you is part of taking care of your growing baby. 🤍

Don’t just push through—listen to your body and speak up!

Meet Kelsey Duarte with Anywhere Yogi! 💛
Kelsey is truly one of those people who makes you feel seen.

She wears a lot of hats: mama, yoga instructor, childbirth advocate, and leadership team member with the Colorado Birth Collective. But underneath all of those roles is someone who deeply cares about creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Kelsey is a steady presence. She holds space for you, listens well, and cares deeply about informed decision-making, especially throughout the childbearing years. She wants women to understand their options, ask questions, trust themselves, and feel confident making choices that are right for them.

That same heart shows up in her yoga sessions. Kelsey creates an environment where yoga is about more than movement. It’s an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, connect with yourself, and pay attention to what your body is telling you.

And we’re especially excited because Kelsey has some amazing new series coming soon! 👀

We love having Kelsey as part of this community and can’t wait for you to see what she has coming next.

We have absolutely loved watching Mama’s Corner grow, and we want to make sure we are reaching our working mamas, too! We know not everyone can make it during the week, so we’re making a change!

✨ Starting in September, Mama’s Corner will meet on the 1st AND 3rd Saturdays of every month! ✨
