Meet Merrilynn, one of the incredible midwives at SCL Health. There have been so many positive shifts within the birthing community, and SCL Health has done an amazing job accommodating women who are seeking low-intervention births. These changes would not be possible without the determination and dedication of the midwifery team, who work tirelessly to ensure that all birth preferences are heard, respected, and supported.

Thank you for loving on the women in our community and for the care you provide every day. You are truly amazing midwives!

Did you know we have so many amazing pelvic floor therapists in our community? One of them is Dr. Nicole Fraser with Monument Physical Therapy. Nicole is incredibly talented and creates such a welcoming, supportive space for her clients. She brings a deep knowledge of pelvic floor health and truly meets you wherever you are in your journey.

Many women believe they don’t need pelvic floor therapy unless they’re experiencing major symptoms—but that’s simply not true. Pelvic floor therapy can benefit all of us in so many ways: building awareness and connection, strengthening key muscles, and supporting overall vaginal and pelvic health. You might be surprised at how positively it can impact your daily life.

Meet Panika Palmer with Connected Lactation and Speech Therapy! Panika has been an amazing new addition to our community and team, and we are so grateful to have her.

She offers both lactation support and speech therapy, providing thoughtful, high-quality care to families during some of their most important seasons. Panika has built wonderful relationships with pediatricians throughout the community, who consistently rave about her knowledge, professionalism, and quality of care.

Bonus for new parents! Panika is also hosting a New Parent Project alongside other trusted professionals in our valley. These gatherings take place on Thursday nights, with drop-ins available for $20. This is such an incredible offering for our community!
