Today after careful consideration and a suggestion from Stuart Cerise, we decided to donate the 24 lbs of ground beef today to the Colorado River Fire Rescue. During these hot fire prone months we thought it fitting. I asked Stuart when he wanted to collect his ribeyes and he asked me to please donate ground beef to the runner up instead, so we are donating 10 lb of GB to VFW Post 1247 suggested by Larry Simms & Tony Chiodo. Thank you everyone for great suggestions and we'll do it again sometime.
