Another Paws of Thunder in the books. Once again thank you to everyone for making this a favorite date on the calendar for us - and hopefully you! Special thanks to our hosts https://niagarahartlandrv.com . We appreciate how easy it is to work with you and your trails are loved by our competitors. To the people organizing the race and making this day go smoothly, we can't thank you enough (that goes for timing, trails, food, volunteers, trophies, spectators...). And of course, our drivers/runners and their dogs. It was great to see our old friends who have been here with us before and our new friends, who will hopefully be old friends next year! Mark your calendar, the second Saturday in November (November 14th, 2026).

The Paws of Thunder Race Registration form is available on our club's website: http://www.shcnf.com/ Please bring the registration and payment with you to the race (it is easier then trying to refund money if the weather doesn't cooperate). If you forget, we will have forms on site on race day.

As per usual, we will be having our normal luncheon feast. $5 for race participants and one handler. $10 for all others.

Camping is available at the campground. Please contact Niagara-Hartland RV Resort at 1-800-571-4829 for reservations.

Programs for our meetings may include demonstrations by the Canine Helpers for the Handicapped, veterinarians on health topics, new products for dogs, the sport of dog sledding, show handling, obedience training, and breeding and puppies.
