The Family of T, “Scott” Laws , 64, United States Marine Corps, has requested the Patriot Guard participate in his Final Journey Home by providing a FLAG LINE # 1 during his 9:30am Visitation prior to his 10:30am Funeral Service; at New Life Community Church, 301 W 2nd St, Grand Island, NE 68801; An ES**RT to the Grand Island Cemetery 3168 W Stolley Park Rd, Grand Island, NE 68801 and a FLAG LINE #2 during his Graveside Service.
Our Hero Scott Laws, as a teenager, chose to serve his country and became a United States Marine. That sense of strength and determination stayed with him throughout his life

The Patriot Guard Riders were created by the American Legion Riders in 2005 as a separate entity, formed as a communication & leadership organization. YOU ARE THE PGR. This separation allows ALL RIDERS, regardless of their other affiliation, to Ride under PGR leadership teams without jeopardizing their status with their clubs or organizations. The PGR is not a social club, riding club or Motorcycle Club. The PGR does not do social events. We do not exist unless we are on a PGR-led Mission. We never create a Mission unless we are invited by the appropriate people. Considering safety, logistics and the clear, obvious benefits of single source command, ALL RIDERS are encouraged to Ride under the PGR leadership. When REQUESTING the PGR you are requesting ALL RIDERS of ALL groups & ALL non-affiliated riders. The Nebraska Patriot Guard is expanding the Ride Captain teams . Come one come all to the United Veterans Club at 1914 W Capital Ave Grand Island, NE. The Riders will be cooking hamburgers, cheese burgers, hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, soup of the day and for tonight we will be also cooking chicken wings. Service will be 6-7pm April 28, 2026
