We are looking for a self-motivated, personable, and dependable Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. No previous healthcare recruiting experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to help you learn the recruiting process and healthcare staffing industry.

What We Offer
• Up to $65K first-year salary, with the opportunity to earn more for highly self-motivated candidates
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 37.5-hour workweek, paid for 40 hours
• One-hour lunch break, with 30 minutes paid

- 1 week during your first year
- 2 weeks during your second year

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable talking with people
• Experienced in sales, customer service, serving, bartending, or other front-of-house roles — preferred
• Strong in grammar and written communication
• Excellent at building and maintaining relationships
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable communicating with candidates by phone and email
• Able to respond professionally to candidate inquiries — most contacts are candidate initiated
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable — excellent attendance is an absolute must

Experience
1 year of sales experience preferred/required
