Grand River Sailing Club does a silent auction at their annual banquet to raise money for the Shoreline sailors. Below is from Mary Kelly who organizes it. Her husband, Brian, runs the safety boat at practices. The banquet is 11/7.

Auction for Shoreline Sailing Foundation for High School Sailors!!!!!
Did you know that our $2,000 last year helped pay for 1/6 of one of the new boats on the water?
Let’s do it again! Please consider donating a gift card, knitted scarfs and hats, pictures, a basket full of goodies, anything that you might make or know somebody who does make something!! Please feel free to drop items off at Betty Clark’s house and let me know what you think the item is worth! Thanks!!

ANY DONATIONS FROM THE SAILING TEAM FAMILIES ARE WELCOMED!

Our team was spit up this weekend. Many of our sailors were at the c***r cup in Lansing. The Spring Lake sailors went to Keelboats at Bayview Yacht Club. They took a bullet and made it to compete Sunday! Good luck to Annalise, Anderson, Parker, and Quinn to racing on Sunday!
